This paper has been the toughest one yet! I know there are
naysayers for my topic, but finding actual individuals that admit on paper that
they discriminate against nursing mothers has been quite the task. When
starting this paper I took the advice Mr. Sentell had given me in his feedback
from my informative paper. This feedback really helped me get started on this
paper and see what I needed to fix. Other than small grammatical errors and
needing to fix a few organizational issues I feel confident in my paper. One
strength I found in my paper was my thesis sentence. I feel I have a very strong
thesis sentence and supporting evidences for my points. My biggest obstacle is
going to be incorporating more naysayers for my final draft. I want to ensure I
find the right naysayers for my topic. This is important for the overall flow
of my paper and being able to validate my points.
Throughout this semester I have really been working on the
organization of my paper and trying to strengthen my thesis statement. These
reviews have helped me see where my paper needs revising and helped me see my
strengths as well. These reviews have been very helpful and made me a stronger
writer.

Natasha I feel you will have a very good paper as you seem very confident. Confidence means everything and I think I needed to read a few of these boggs in order to restore a little of mine. You are doing great!
ReplyDeleteNatasha,
ReplyDeleteFist of all, I love the image you chose to use! I literally laughed out loud when I saw it.
I absolutely agree with you when you said that this has been the toughest paper yet! I struggled with this paper more than I have with anything else all year. I knew who my naysayers were and how I wanted to address them, I just didn't know how I was going to incorporate all my thoughts! I'm sure you did great on your paper.
Natasha, I completely agree that this paper was the hardest! I knew what I was supposed to do, and what I was supposed to say, but I did not know how to say it.
ReplyDeleteI also tried to fix everything that Mr. Sentell commented on for my Informative Research paper. I hope that fixing those things helped me out a little bit!
