Self-Review is Getting Easier.

Thankfully for me the self review is getting easier each time we have to use them. While there were a few things I needed to work on overall I was happy. I need to move a few statements around to make the paper flow better and improve the overall organization. I thought my thesis statement was effective and I had several supporting points. There was one point in my paper that I felt could use a little more support, but the rest of them had plenty of support. Like my last paper I could use more effective transition words. I also had a few sentences that I need to reword to ensure the reader will fully understand the point I am trying to make. I tend to start typing my paper and then go back and read and reread and sometimes what sounded great in my head doesn’t look so great on paper or sound as good when I reread it.

For me the most important improvement I need to make is effectively using transition words. I tend to forget about transition words while I’m working on my paper and usually have to go back after I’m done and reword to add them in. When transition words are used effectively it helps the overall flow of the paper. Transition words also let the reader know where they are at in your paper. Overall, I was really happy with this paper and only had to make minor changes.
